Our story

Three generations
of one recipe

In 1949, Mr Yu Beng Chew set up a modest stall on Upper Cross Street selling soy sauce chicken made from a recipe passed down through his family. Three generations later, we still simmer the same master stock daily in the same neighbourhood.
