Braised chicken wings and thighs in traditional soy sauce

Braised Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs or wings (300 g)
  • Fragrant mushrooms (as desired)
  • Dried beancurd skin (as desired)
  • Chew Kee Traditional Braised Sauce (500 ml)

Method

  1. Wash and pre-soak mushrooms one hour before cooking.
  2. Soak dried beancurd skin in warm water until soft.
  3. Cut mushrooms into slices and chicken into smaller pieces.
  4. Pour Chew Kee Traditional Braised Sauce into a pot and bring to a boil for about 15 minutes.
  5. When sauce boils, add mushrooms and beancurd skin.
  6. Add chicken pieces. Simmer for 35 minutes. Serve.
