Braised Pork Belly
Ingredients
- 300 g pork belly
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (sliced)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Chew Kee Traditional Braised Sauce (500 ml)
Method
- Boil eggs in hot water for 8-12 minutes. Transfer to ice water for 5 minutes, then peel.
- Cut pork belly into bite-size pieces.
- Heat oil in a pot on medium flame. Fry pork belly until lightly browned.
- Add garlic and ginger. Fry until fragrant.
- Pour in Chew Kee Traditional Braised Sauce. Add eggs. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 35-40 minutes. Serve.
